Do not anger, do not fear.
Be present, now heal, and shed your tears.
Something inside me, stirs and shifts.
My hands alive, with this universal gift.
Love, vibration, energy.
Higher truths that set us free.
My mind is open, my heart is pure.
My soul's alive, and will endure.
Kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Are part of this mystic remedy.
Gratitude, bookends my day.
And helps to chase the dark away.
Patience, diligence, dedication.
It won’t always be easy, there’ll be frustration.
Sometimes, my ego might get in the way.
But from this path, I will not stray.
Easing suffering, easing pain.
Our collective consciousness remains.
We are equal, we are one.
Our journey here, has just begun.
